On 24-26 September in Podolsk there was held annual RKF seminar for grading
instructors under direction of Shihan Alexander Tanyushkin (assistent Shihan
Victor Fomin). Main attention was payed to highest katas, to Kyokushin
katas, performed with weapons (bo, sai), and to self-defense techniques
against knife attacks. In the seminar Ukrainian instructors, headed by Oleg
Sereda, the IFK country representative, took part.
