On hte 13th July 2011 in "Jubilejny" DK of Ivanteevka there was held the enlarged session of the Board of the Commettee of phisical culture, sports, tourism and working with youth of Moscow region. There the ceremonial presentation of the Honoured Coach of Russia certificate and badge to Shihan Victor Fomin (VI Dan) took place.
