On the 23-24 January 2016 in Kohtla-Jarve (Estonia) there was held Training Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin. The 1st day was dedicated to Kyokushin basics with self-defense applications and detailed learning of Kanku Dai. The 2nd day was completely dedicated to introductory Knife & Self-defense course. The Seminar was organized by Yuri Motin, the President of IFK Estonia.
