On the 16th-18th September 2016 in Podolsk (near Moscow) there was held traditional Training methodical Seminar with Shihans Alexander Tanyushkin and Victor Fomin. 50 participants from many regions of Russia mastered in details the elements if the IFK Kyokushin School, Kata, judging criteria and methods of teaching on different levels of training.
