On the 17^th-19^th Match 2017 in Petrozavodsk there was held Specialized Kata and Referee Seminar with Shihan Victor Fomin. It was organized by Karelia Kyokushinkai Sport Club (President Sensei Irina Kukshieva). There were 70 participants from Republic of Karelia (Petrozavodsk, Sortavala, Medvezhiegorsk, Segezha) and Murmansk from 10^th Kyu up to 5^th Dan. Training sessions were dedicated to methods of mastering IFK Kyokushin katas as Competition and Budo discipline combined with detailed explanation of combat techniques (bunkai) and criteria of judging of individual and team performances of katas. The Seminar was completed with practical referee course with participants’ individual and team performances of Kyokushin katas
